Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 9.30am – Bridge Club, 26 Yamba Street, Hawks Nest

Pilates – A matwork based class with Pilates exercises – All fitness levels welcome – comfortable clothes – bring a mat if you have one.
Boxing for Fitness – Strength – Cardio – Core  – Boxing Technique – Boxing Drills with Interval Box/Cardio/Strength.
