Pilates – A matwork based class with Pilates exercises – All fitness levels welcome – comfortable clothes – bring a mat if you have one.
Boxing for Fitness – Strength – Cardio – Core  – Boxing Technique – Boxing Drills with Interval Box/Cardio/Strength.
nb : Private sessions/classes can be arranged with our instructors
Mutts & Butts – 45 minute group strength and cardio session – outdoors.  Bring you mutt and they can join in or play with their furry friends
