Classes and private groups are offered in North Arm Cove, Tea Gardens & Hawks Nest. A new Pilates class is commencing at the Bridge Club, Hawks Nest on Tuesday 10 March and Thursday 12 March commencing at 9.30am. Please note classes have been suspended due to Covid19.  We look forward to being back soon.
