Absolutely Fabulous Fitness offers a variety of Pilates classes in Tea Gardens, Hawks Nest & North Arm Cove. We also offer a mobile service where we can come to you for personalised programmes or you can come to one of our studio locations. Our aim is to provide you with a range of Pilates classes including Pilates to fit all levels of fitness. Our mobile service and home studio service include personal training, small groups, corporate groups and one-on-one pilates. We also provide pre and post-natal pregnancy and remedial programmes. Our sessions are concentrated on improving your health and fitness and are also fun. Our aim is to make you look and feel absolutely fabulous
