Spring 2011 Newsletter

I’m excited that Spring is upon us and it’s only a few weeks until we change the clocks and the days become longer.

This is the time of year when we all go through a bit of a transition from winter to spring… that’s normal and it’s a great opportunity to start afresh and spring clean the body. As the weather warms and the days gradually lengthen allow yourself to do those things you didn’t have time for.. go for a walk.. catch up with a friend.. go to that Pilates class you have been putting off or try a Zumba class or Abfab Fusion…
